On behalf of the City of Toronto, CreateTO is leading the Dockwall Resilience Program to proactively assess and plan for the long-term renewal of Toronto’s waterfront dockwall infrastructure. Much of the dockwall system is over 100 years old and plays a critical role in supporting public safety, waterfront operations, and economic activity. The Client is seeking to onboard one (1) or more Proponents for this work.
