This Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) seeks to establish a Standing Offer Agreement with the successful proponent for the validation and manufacturing of a Control Monitoring System. The selected Contractor will be responsible to support the replacement of the Control Monitoring System at a Short Range Radar (SRR) development site located in North Bay, Ontario. Subject to successful performance and the receipt of all required approvals, Nasittuq anticipates procuring manufacturing services for an additional 37 SRR sites over an estimated period of five (5) years. NAS-NWS-RFSO-0004-1 is issued as a replacement for NAS-NWS-RFSO-0004, as the original solicitation contained invalid and inaccurate pricing that established an unsound precedent regarding price expectations. This revised version of the solicitation includes an updated Bill of Materials (BOM), provided as an appendix to Annex A – Statement of Work.
