This Request for Proposals (RFP) is an invitation by the House of Commons to prospective Bidders to submit proposals for the provision of Workplace Investigation, Mediation, Assessment, and Restoration Services, as further described in Appendix D – Statement of Requirements. Bidders may submit a proposal within any of the following five (5) work streams, submitting one (1) proposal per Work Stream: Work Stream 1: Workplace Violence and/or Harassment Investigation Services Work Stream 2: Workplace Mediation Services Work Stream 3: Workplace Assessments and Prevention Services Work Stream 4: Workplace Restoration Services Work Stream 5: Broader Workplace Investigation Services
