RFSQ - Innovation Partners 2026-2027

Summary

Newfoundland and Labrador Health Services (NLHS) seeks to pre-qualify vendors for an "Innovation Partners 2026–2027" vendor pool to supply innovation-related services for future NLHS opportunities across Newfoundland and Labrador. This RFSQ does not itself award contracts; pre-qualified vendors will be eligible for later proposal competitions.

From the notice

NLHS is seeking new proposals on Innovation Partnerships as listed in accordance with the description and specifications as set out in Schedule “A”. This will establish a new list of vendors of record for the upcoming year, similar to what has been done in recent previous years. Only vendors of record who have been pre-qualified under this RFSQ will be eligible to participate in the resulting innovation related opportunities for the allotted time period. The RFSQ will not directly result in a contract or any other legally binding obligation(s) as its sole intent is to establish a vendor pool for upcoming or future innovation opportunities. Once the vendor pool is established, separate proposal opportunities will be initiated which will ultimately select preferred bidder(s) to enter into contract negotiations. This will be in accordance with the specifications and requirements set out in this RFSQ, as well as the Public Procurement Act.
