Projet Cadence Rail s.e.c. is issuing this preliminary notice to market (the “PNM”) regarding the development and delivery of the central segment of the Alto project (Ottawa–Montréal), a high-speed passenger rail network in the Québec–Toronto corridorthat will include a new dedicated right-of-way, railway tracks, stations, tunnels, engineering structures, rolling stock, and modern integrated railway systems The Project is led by the Crown corporation VIA HFR-VIA TGF INC., known as Alto. Cadence acts as the private development partner and future delivery partner for the Project. In this context, Cadence is responsible for preparing and implementing the contemplated procurement approach for its delivery. The content of this PNM is provided for information purposes only and reflects the current status and evolution of the Project.
