NOTICE TO CONSULTANTS THE JACQUES CARTIER AND CHAMPLAIN BRIDGES INCORPORATED, a body corporate having its Head Office in the City of Longueuil, province of Quebec, Canada, established by the St. Lawrence Seaway Authority Act and herein acting and exercising its powers as an agent of Her Majesty in right of Canada (hereafter referred to as “Owner”) invites you to submit a proposal for Contract No. 80624 Professional services for Maximo application suite support, improvement and migration, including cloud hosting (2026-2031) (hereafter referred to as “Contract”). The Owner, as a manager of major infrastructures, adheres to the principles respecting the Government of Canada's relationship with Indigenous peoples and is moving forward on reconciliation with Indigenous peoples by taking action to reduce inequalities. This Contract generally consists in providing the professional services aimed at providing hosting, operation, support, improvement and migration of IBM’s Maximo Application Suite (MAS) platform, including its application, technology and integration components, to enable the Owner to carry out its operations. The Request for Proposal Documents for the Contract 80624 are available through “Merx” Private Tenders, at https://www.merx.com/pjcci, at the following costs, which are payable directly to Merx, by credit card: for those who do not hold a subscription giving access to the Owner’s requests for proposals on Merx: $70.00 per request for proposals for downloading the Request for Proposal Documents including the addendum automatic delivery email. for those who hold a subscription giving access to the Owner’s requests for proposals on Merx: free downloading of the Request for Proposal Documents including the addendum automatic delivery by email. The submission of a proposal constitutes an assertion that the proponent has read all Request for Proposal Documents and agrees to the conditions therein set forth This Contract is covered by Chapter 5 Government Procurement of the Canadian Free Trade Agreement and by Chapter 19 Government Procurement of the Comprehensive Economic and Trade Agreement / Canada-United Kingdom Trade Continuity Agreement. Procurement strategy: proposal that represents the best overall value. The time and date of receipt of the proposal will be deemed to be the date and time indicated on the email transmitted to the Owner. A proposal transmitted before the closing date and time may be withdrawn or replaced before the closing. The Consultant may submit its proposal in either of Canada’s two (2) official languages. The Owner does not bind itself to accept any proposal, notably if the Owner determines that it is not in the public interest to award the Contract.
