The University of Winnipeg invites proposals from qualified consulting teams to prepare a new Campus Master Plan for its downtown Winnipeg campus and associated University-controlled lands and interfaces. This assignment will refresh and replace the University of Winnipeg Development Plan 2007 and provide an updated, implementable framework for long-range physical development (15-year timeline), investment, land use, public realm, infrastructure coordination, and campus revitalization.
