The Ottawa International Airport Authority (OIAA) is soliciting submissions from contractors interested in being prequalified for inclusion on a Campus Civil Works Roster. This roster will be used to support future civil construction and infrastructure projects throughout the airport campus. The objective of this Request for Supplier Qualifications (RFSQ) is to identify contractors with the experience, resources, safety record, and operational capability necessary to successfully perform civil construction projects within an active airport environment. This RFSQ constitutes the first stage of a multi-stage competitive selection process. Interested contractors are invited to submit qualifications demonstrating: a) Relevant experience performing civil construction and infrastructure projects of similar scope and complexity; b) Sufficient organizational capacity, technical expertise, and resources to successfully deliver future projects; c) A strong safety culture and demonstrated commitment to health, safety, and environmental stewardship; and d) Experience working within operationally sensitive environments where business continuity, public safety, and stakeholder coordination are critical. Prequalified contractors may, from time to time, be invited to participate in invitational tenders, requests for quotations, or other competitive procurement processes for specific projects.
