Summary

City of Ottawa seeks expressions of interest to supply, install, host and maintain outdoor secure parcel lockers at City-owned recreation facilities in Ottawa. Partners will provide equipment, installation, operations and ongoing maintenance.

The City of Ottawa’s Recreation, Cultural and Facility Services Department, herein referred to as “the City”, is looking for information on how to incorporate outdoor secure delivery lockers at City-owned recreation facilities to promote safe and secure delivery and access of residents’ commercially delivered parcels. The City is seeking expressions of interest from parties to install, host, and maintain outdoor secure delivery lockers to reduce incidents of theft of delivered packages. The City is seeking expressions of interests from experienced and qualified parties who have an interest and the financial resources to partner with the City to supply, install, and manage outdoor secure delivery lockers at City-owned facilities.
