Background The Ontario Infrastructure and Lands Corporation (IO) requires a third-party Consultant to conduct comprehensive maintenance audits of IO-managed facilities annually. These audits are designed to verify compliance with the maintenance requirements stipulated in Schedule A of the Real Property Services (RPS) Agreement between IO and its Service Provider, BGIS. The Consultant will perform technical reviews to evaluate the effectiveness of the Service Provider’s maintenance activities, asset management, and reporting. This engagement aims to identify performance gaps, mitigate owner liability, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize the Master Maintenance Plan (MMP).
