D4. SCOPE OF SERVICES D4.1 The Services required under this Contract shall consist of engineering services for the upgrade of 600V/Distribution B (Administration Building), Distribution A 120/208, Distribution A (Council Building) and infrastructure for power factor correction capacitors, if deemed required by a study conducted under separate Contract, at 510 Main Street in accordance with the following: (a) Pre-Design. (b) Schematic Design/Program of Requirements completion. (c) Design and Specification Development. (d) Contract Document Preparation. (e) Procurement Process. (f) Contract Administration Services and (g) Post Construction Services.
