Project Management & Lead Advisory Services for a Large-Scale Redevelopment — Workplan and Business Case Development Lac des Mille Lacs First Nation (LDMLFN), in collaboration with First Nations partners and municipal stakeholders, is seeking a qualified Project Manager / Lead Advisor to lead the development of a comprehensive, decision-ready business case for a large-scale redevelopment initiative. The engagement includes workplan development, technical consultant procurement and coordination, and integration of all workstreams into a single, cohesive business case suitable for government engagement, funding decisions, and long-term implementation.
