DESCRIPTION OF THE WORK: Manitoba Hydro is issuing this Request for Pre-Qualification (RFQ), inviting the submission of Information Packages by parties (“Respondents”) who wish to be pre-qualified for potential participation in a Competitive Selection Process for the provision of Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Contractor services for the development of a new combustion turbine generating station and associated balance of plant systems adding approximately 750 MW of new capacity to Manitoba Hydro’s generation system. The new generating station will be constructed adjacent to the existing Manitoba Hydro Generating Station in Brandon, Manitoba.
