The Resource Productivity and Recovery Authority (RPRA) is establishing a Vendor of Record (VOR) arrangement for professional development services in the areas of 1) Coaching and Skills Development, and 2) Technical Training and Performance Tools. Through this competitive process, RPRA seeks to pre-qualify two rosters of experienced, high-quality vendors capable of delivering coaching and training services that are tailored, impactful and aligned with RPRA's values and organizational priorities. Vendors who are prequalified and placed on a roster pursuant to this RFP will be eligible to provide professional development services as required by RPRA for five years from the date the roster is created. All vendors must indicate their intent to respond to RPRA by returning (VIA EMAIL ONLY) Appendix A: Announcement of Intent to Respond. This form must state whether you will or will not be responding to the RFP. Please complete and submit this form via email to the key RPRA contact as noted above by 3.00 p.m. (ET) on July 9, 2026. Submit an electronic copy (VIA EMAIL ONLY) of your proposal to the contact as indicated in section 4.1. All responses must be received on or before 3:00 p.m. ET on August 24, 2026.
