The Work consists of specification documents 14000: General Specification, 14200: Modernization Specifications (26400024U003), and 14900: Maintenance Specifications (2640024U003). It pertains to the modernization of the modernization of 2 Gearless (MRL) elevators located at 713 Montreal Road Ottawa, ON. (The “Work”) and shall include for all labour, material (including overtime), products, equipment, and services required to meet the agreed project schedule in compliance with all relevant codes.
