The purpose of this RFPQ is to identify and pre-qualify up to four (4) towing service providers who can meet the diverse and dynamic needs of our organization within the City of Winnipeg by completing a portion of approximately thirty thousand (30,000) tows annually in accordance with the towing assignment approach listed in this RFPQ.
