Habitat Boreal Inc. Request for Proposal Habitat Boreal Inc. invites sealed tenders for the provision of on-site Property Management Services of twenty-two (22) hours per week and Maintenance Services thirty (30) hours per week. Habitat Boreal Inc. is a non-profit housing funded by the City of Greater Sudbury. The services are to be provided on-site at 2146 Highgate Road, Sudbury, ON P3B 4H4 and various other locations in the Sudbury area. The proposal is for a three (3) year term beginning October 1, 2026. The contract may be extended for a further two (2) years on a year by year basis and based on a yearly satisfactory Performance Evaluation and approval from the Service Manager. Tenders will be received until 4 pm local time, Tuesday, August 4, 2026, by Habitat Boreal Inc., c/o City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9, or by email at Roxanne.Joly@greatersudbury.ca. There will be no public openings of this tender. Proponents may obtain the tender documents at the City of Greater Sudbury, Housing Services, 199 Larch Street, Suite 603, Sudbury, ON P3E 5P9 between 9am and 4pm or telephone (705) 674-4455 ext. 4288 between 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Monday to Friday. The Management Company must be willing to sign the Management Agreement attached to the tender documents, as presented with no exceptions.
