Opportunity The City of Winnipeg is seeking sponsors for its fleet of Zambonis. Sponsors will be able to wrap one of the City’s twelve (12) Zambonis with their business brand which will be viewed by tens of thousands of residents on an annual basis. The duration and commitment for a Zamboni sponsorship will be five (5) years. The minimum value for sponsorship the City will consider shall be $5,000 per year per Zamboni. Businesses are requested to provide their best value submission. In addition to wrapping a Zamboni, Sponsors will receive additional recognition on the City of Winnipeg website in the Sponsor Winnipeg section as well as postings on the City of Winnipeg’s social media channels. Sponsor Applicants must identify in their submission which of the following arena(s) they wish to sponsor a Zamboni. Sponsor Applicants may choose more than one arena: Ab McDonald Arena, Bertrand Arena, Billy Mosienko Arena, Century Arena, Charles A. Barbour Arena, Charlie Gardiner Arena, Eric Coy Arena, Maginot Arena, River East Arena, Sam Southern Arena, Sargent Park Arena, and/or Terry Sawchuk Arena. The Sponsorship under the Sponsorship Agreement shall consist of: Cash provided in lump sum or on an annual basis; or Value in Kind Donations. Term of Sponsorship shall be from October 1, 2026, to September 30, 3031.
