To support the research, design and implementation stages of ERP related projects, the IESO is seeking Service Provider(s) for the provision of Market Integration and Operation Services as further outlined below. It is the intent of the IESO to enter into an Agreement with two (2) Service Providers to provide Market Integration and Operation Services as outlined below. The required Services are divided into two broad categories as follows: 1) Primary Services: These Services are the core technical work that the Service Provider will be responsible for providing. (the “Primary Services”). 2) Supporting Services: These Services are typically administrative in nature or project management Services to support the delivery of the Primary Services (the “Supporting Services”).
