This Request for Bid (RFB) is for the replacement of wheels and journal bearings, inspection, and reconditioning of axles for TTC’s H1 and NIIGATA railcars. Only Bid submissions from companies that are certified by the Association of American Railroads (AAR) will be considered for this RFB. Bidders must submit certification with their bid. ADDENDA:Addenda will be posted electronically (as required) in Adobe PDF or excel format and posted below. Bidders and prospective Bidders MUST MONITOR THIS SITE as frequently as they deem appropriate until the Closing Date of this requirement.
