The City of Ottawa has a requirement for a Full Maintenance Lease (FML) of Three (3) Cab Over Front Drive Wheel Articulated Sidewalk Tractors and Attachments (hereafter referred to as the “Vehicle(s)” or “Equipment”). The Equipment required will be delivered in a fully operational condition as described herein, and ready for their intended immediate use, all in accordance with the Specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
