The purpose of this call for tenders is to solicit submissions for an Advanced Credit Risk Scoring Solution for Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise (SME) Lending Adjudication, as further detailed in section 2 of the CFT document. This procurement process is governed by the terms and conditions of the Business Development Bank of Canada (hereinafter referred to as BDC) contained in the CFT document and is subject to applicable laws and public procurement liberalization agreement(s), where applicable.
