Waterloo Regional Health Network (WRHN) is seeking proposals from qualified and experienced service providers to supply temporary perfusion staffing services to support the delivery of cardiac surgical programs and related clinical services. The successful proponent will demonstrate the ability to provide highly qualified perfusion professionals on an as-needed basis, ensuring continuity of care, patient safety, and compliance with all applicable regulatory, professional, and organizational requirements. The qualifications of the staff should include but not be limited to five or more years experience, experience with Quantum HL equipment, strong communication skills, ability to take call, work rotational shifts (eight hour or 10 hour), and support ECMO on an as needed basis. Through this RFP, WRHN aims to establish a contractual relationship with a provider capable of delivering reliable, responsive, and cost-effective staffing solutions that meet the operational and clinical needs of the organization.
