The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from qualified firms to supply and deliver provide propane gas as a heating fuel, propane cylinders and tanks, as described in the ANNEX A – SPECIFICATIONS, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein.
