The Morden Community Development Corporation (MCDC) invites proposals from qualified consultants to develop a comprehensive three-year Foreign Direct Investment (FDI) strategy and tool kit for Morden and its surrounding area. This strategy will be developed in collaboration with the Morden Community Development Corporation and other key partners. The goal is to identify a target market and engagement strategy to attract and retain investment in key sectors that align with the region’s economic strengths and opportunities. The MCDC is looking for context for its current opportunities grounded in relevant examples from rural Canada and looking towards investments which return employment and tax revenue as a result. The ultimate objective is target market identification and a refresh of current marketing materials.
