PHARA Community Services ("Owner"), a provider of social and affordable housing operating 143 units of housing in North Bay, Ontario, invites bids for exterior cladding at 280 Oakwood Avenue in North Bay, Ontario. A mandatory site visit is scheduled for 1:00 p.m. EDT on Tuesday, July 21, 2026 at 280 Oakwood Avenue, North Bay, ON P1B 9G2. It is mandatory that Bidders attend the entire meeting. Bidders unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from bidding. All procurement documents are available online and can be viewed free of charge by clicking on the link below.
