This Advance Contract Award Notice (ACAN) is a public notice indicating that Bruyère Health intends to award a contract to a pre-identified supplier, ManagingLife Inc., for the provision of a Patient-Reported Outcome Measures (PROMs) web-based platform. The required solution will support outcome measurement across multiple chronic disease self-management programs and regions and is intended to be configured using components of Bruyère’s existing implementation of the Manage My Pain platform.
