This Request for Quotations is an invitation by Centennial College to prospective respondents to submit quotations for CCRFQ FS LW26 Living Wall Revitalization at Progress Campus. The project site is located at The Ann Buller Learning Centre at Progress Campus at 941 Progress Avenue, Scarborough, Ontario, M1K 5E9, as further described in Section A of the RFQ Particulars (Appendix B) (the “Deliverables”). The College initiated a competitive procurement process for the Living Wall Revitalization at Progress Campus last year; however, the process was subsequently cancelled. At that time, one of Centennial's campuses was being considered for closure, and the facility included an important aquatic water feature. An assessment was undertaken to explore the feasibility of integrating that feature into the existing Living Wall. Such an integration would have represented a substantial change in scope; further investigation and analysis were required. Ultimately, the recommendation was not to proceed with the integration due to the significant risks identified. In addition, the area surrounding the Living Wall underwent major renovations throughout the first part of 2026, with the work now nearing completion. With these considerations resolved and the surrounding renovations substantially complete, the College is now in a position to resume the competitive procurement process for the revitalization of the Living Wall.
