DESCRIPTION OF PROCUREMENT This Request for Proposal (RFP) is being issued by Campus Safety Department at the University of Toronto, Mississauga, for a Proponent to provide security guards for deployment as required at the UTM campus. ADDRESS AND FINAL DATE FOR SUBMISSIONS Each Proponent is required to submit its Proposal on Bonfire at the following link: https://utoronto.bonfirehub.ca/opportunities/108677 Your submission must be uploaded, submitted, and finalized prior to the Closing Time of August 10, 2026 2:00 PM EDT. We strongly recommend that you give yourself sufficient time and at least ONE (1) day before Closing Time to begin the uploading process and to finalize your submission. The submissions will not be opened publicly. Negotiation: Negotiation with the highest-ranked Proponent is anticipated for this RFP.
