Contractor to provide labour, materials and equipment to deliver the items listed in Exhibit I.

This Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Front of House (FOH) Kitchen Equipment Proponent shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver the full scope described under FOH items listed in Exhibit I including but not limited to utensils, serving tools, and plateware required for food service operations. Back of House (BOH) Kitchen Equipment Proponent shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver the full scope described under BOH items listed in Exhibit I including but not limited to cookware, tools, baking equipment, storage solutions, and cleaning/safety items required for food service operations. Barware / Glassware & Misc. Smallwares Proponent shall provide all labour, materials, and equipment necessary to deliver the full scope described under barware/glassware listed in Exhibit I required for bar operations and beverage services related to food service operations.
