The City of Ottawa is seeking block and / or per diem offers (as further defined in Section 2 of the RFO document) from motel, hotel, and post-secondary institution owners to provide temporary accommodations suitable for families; all in accordance with the RFO. Offer Requirements Offers must be sent to housinglogement@ottawa.ca by August 28, 2026, at 4pm. Offerors are to send any inquiries or questions about the RFO process to the same email address; noting the timeline limitations indicated within the RFO. Emailed offers should clearly identify the Offeror's company name, a contact name along with their email address and phone number, the RFO number, and all completed forms. Offerors must be submitted in a PDF formatted document not exceeding 10MB.
