From the notice
The Transit Services Department of the City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers from certified Bendix resellers to supply and deliver genuine Bendix Air Brake Systems and Components (the “Goods”), as described in the ANNEX A – SPECIFICATIONS, on an as and when requested basis, in accordance with the specifications, Terms and Conditions herein. Delivery will be to various locations within the City boundaries. During the timeframe of this Standing Offer, the main user of this standing offer is intended to be Transit Services but other Departments in the City may also make call ups under these terms and conditions.
