The Government of Manitoba, as represented by the Minister of Manitoba Transportation and Infrastructure, requests Proposals from qualified Proponents to provide the services contained in this Request for Proposals (RFP) in a cost effective and timely manner. The services required are to: Develop and deliver comprehensive ice safety training. Provide technical and program development Services.
