The Greater Toronto Airports Authority (GTAA) invites qualified proponents to submit proposals for two distinct phases of a comprehensive pooled Ground Service Equipment (GSE) solution for Toronto Pearson International Airport: 1. Feasibility Study, Business Case, and Target Operating Model Development 2. Phased Implementation (subject to GTAA’s approval) The purpose of this RFP is to design and proceed with a fully integrated, scalable, and sustainable pooled GSE program that: • Enhances apron safety and operational efficiency • Optimizes GSE utilization and reduces redundancy • Enables a transition toward electrified GSE • Supports both remote stand operations (Day 1) and full apron operations across Terminal 1 and Terminal 3 in the future.
