Contractors are invited to bid provided they demonstrate that they are currently on a Vendor of Record list for any Post-secondary Education Institution or Publicly Funded School Board for projects over $0.5M in construction value (excl HST). Contractors to provide a completed CCDC 11 –2016 form listing a minimum of three projects with similar complexity and scope. Bidders shall provide a WSIB, Workplace Injury Summary Report certificate indicating injury statistics for the last five years. References and Health and Safety Program details will be requested. Project identified as UW work request number 52794 The Project is located at Claudette Millar Hall (CMH) at the University of Waterloo. The Work generally consists of replacing two (2) existing rooftop units that provide tempered supply air and exhaust air for the kitchen hoods with two (2) new makeup air handling units and two (2) new exhaust fans. The scope of Work also includes replacing the existing Spring Air kitchen control panels and integrating the new equipment into the control system. Form of agreement shall be the CCDC2 -2008 (Soon 2020) edition complete with Owner Supplementary Conditions.
