As part of the planned Air Terminal Building expansion, this enabling works project will establish the required site and utility infrastructure to support future terminal development. The work includes pavement removals, topsoil stripping, excavation, storm sewer and drainage works, supply and placement of granular subbase/base and hot mix asphalt, street lighting installation, trenching and installation of electrical and communication conduits, installation of a new maintenance building electrical service and generator, pavement line markings, and site restoration.
