Northumberland County Housing Corporation (NCHC) ("Owner"), a community housing provider with over 366 housing units in Northumberland County, Ontario, invites submissions for building grading and sanitary and storm drain line studies in Brighton, Colborne, Cobourg, Campbellford, and Port Hope, Ontario. A mandatory project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 10:30 a.m. EDT on Wednesday, July 29, 2026. The link to join the webinar is below.
