MANITOBA LIQUOR AND LOTTERIES CORPORATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL REFERENCE NO. 27-RFP-76959 Rubber Mat & Multipurpose Towel Rentals Services Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a Contractor to provide Rubber Mat and Multipurpose Towel Rental Services at various MBLL locations within Winnipeg and locations in Rural Manitoba, on an as-required basis, in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner. The closing date for submission is August 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time. Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years; with MBLL’s option to exercise two (2) additional one-year terms. The offer is to be submitted in English. This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations. Documents may be obtained from the MERX website (https://www.merx.com/).
