RFP-1857 Cyber Security Exercises and Other Documents

Summary

Consulting to develop annual cyber‑security deliverables (tabletop exercises, playbooks, whitepapers, guides, etc.) for the IESO Lighthouse program supporting Ontario’s licensed electricity transmitters and distributors; scope and format set yearly and materials may be distributed to program participants.

As part of the IESO’s license obligations to the OEB, the Lighthouse™ Program exists to deliver cyber security information sharing services to the Ontario electricity sector (licenced transmitters and distributors). In support of that function, Lighthouse creates and publishes cyber security-related documents (e.g. tabletop exercises, playbooks, whitepapers, guides, et cetera) on an annual basis and is seeking to procure external consulting expertise to create these documents that may, at IESO’s discretion, be communicated through project Lighthouse to Lighthouse Program participants. The exact form and scope of the annual deliverable document(s) are defined each year utilizing sector feedback, threat landscape information/trends, and alignment with that year’s Lighthouse program goals.
