MANITOBA LIQUOR AND LOTTERIES CORPORATION REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL REFERENCE NO. 27-RFP-76982 Fleet Vehicle Supply and Casinos of Winnipeg Promotional Vehicle Program Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires an authorized vehicle supplier to provide fleet and promotional vehicles in a timely, cost-effective, and sustainable manner.
