REQUEST FOR PRE-QUALIFICATION CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK - MULTI USE INDUSTRIAL FACILITY RFPQ 918 The Airport Authority is seeking to prequalify Proponents that can supply a Construction Manager at Risk for the upcoming construction of a Multi-Use Industrial Facility. This proposed initiative includes the construction of a two-story facility totaling approximately 134,530 sq. ft., accommodating: (i) Pilot and cabin crew training functions; (ii) Aircraft deicing operations; and (iii) all associated building systems, site works, and supporting infrastructure. Pre-Qualification documents may be obtained on or after July 20, 2026 by contacting The Calgary Airport Authority's Supply Chain Office via email at Proposals@yyc.com and copying AnnaD@yyc.com. Pre-Qualfication Submissions will be accepted on the specified forms only, in order to be considered, and shall be submitted to The Calgary Airport Authority’s Supply Chain Office, via the instructions posted in the RFPQ documents
