MANITOBA LIQUOR AND LOTTERIES CORPORATION REQUEST FOR QUOTATION REFERENCE NO. 27-RFQ-76815 Waste & Recycling Management Services - Winnipeg Manitoba Liquor & Lotteries (MBLL) requires a Contractor to provide Waste and Recycling Bin Rentals including pick-up and disposal (waste management) on a scheduled and/or an as-required basis, in a timely, cost effective and sustainable manner. MBLL also requires the supply of Multipurpose Towel on a scheduled and/or an as-required basis. The closing date for submission is August 14, 2026 at 4:00 p.m. Winnipeg time. Any resulting contract will have an expected duration of three (3) years; with MBLL’s option to exercise two (2) additional one-year terms. The offer is to be submitted in English. This competition is subject to various trade agreements, as applicable to Manitoba Crown corporations. Documents may be obtained from the MERX website (https://www.merx.com/).
