CommunitiCare Health (“CCH”) invites qualified proponents to submit quotations for the purchase, supply and delivery of medical and other supplies for CCH’s new Community Health Centre located at 209 Mavety Street, Toronto, Ontario. The successful proponent will work collaboratively with CCH, the project management team, consultants and other stakeholders to coordinate all aspects of procurement, logistics, delivery and installation in preparation for occupancy and operational readiness for the new facility opening in late September 2026. This RFQ is intended to identify an experienced and qualified vendor capable of delivering a comprehensive solution for a healthcare and community services environment.
