Northumberland County Housing Corporation (NCHC) ("Owner"), a community housing provider with over 366 housing units in Northumberland County, Ontario, invites submissions for fire and life safety studies in Brighton, Colborne, Cobourg, Campbellford, and Port Hope, Ontario. A mandatory project briefing, via Zoom webinar, has been scheduled as follows: 1:30 p.m. EDT on Thursday, July 30, 2026. The link to join the webinar is below. It is strongly recommended that Proponents test the link below in advance of the meeting and join early to avoid any possible technical issues. It is mandatory that Proponents attend the entire meeting. Proponents unable to attend the entire meeting may be disqualified from submitting a proposal.
