Introduction PMG Technologies is operating the Transport Canada Motor Vehicle Test Centre (MVTC) located in Blainville, Quebec. PMG Technologies is planning the following sole source purchase. Required equipment: An upgrade to the currently used Adaptive Driving Beam (ADB) test and data acquisition system suitable for SAE 3069 ADB testing of Cars, Trucks, and Motorcycles, including scenarios involving opposing and preceding vehicles.
