Manitoba is extending an invitation through this Request for Proposal (RFP) to prospective Proponents to obtain proposals for a new Pavement Data Collection Vehicle (PDCV) consisting of hardware, SaaS, implementation services and related professional services as further described in Part 5 of the solicitation. Prospective Proponents are encouraged to submit their responses in accordance with the requirements outlined in Form B - Requirements Workbook. All inquiries related to this RFP must be directed by email in accordance with the inquiry deadline set out in Part 1 Section 8.
