This Request for Proposals (the “RFP”) is an invitation by Brock University (the “University”) to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Custodial Services for Marilyn I. Walker School of Fine and Performing Arts, as further described in Section A of the RFP Particulars (Appendix E) (the “Deliverables”). The term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years, with an option in favor of the University to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for an additional term of up to two (2) years. It is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around September 2026.
