DEFENCE CONSTRUCTION CANADA (DCC) – Project No. HABHX40_ 86632–Standing Offer Agreement for Sanitary Backwater Preventers, Scoping and Plumbing Upgrades to Residential Housing Units (RHU's), at CFB Halifax, NS Defence Construction Canada (DCC) is calling for tenders to establish a Standing Offer Agreement (SOA) to provide “as and when required” construction services specific to Department of National Defence (DND) requirements for the location mentioned above. The SOA will be for a period of one (1) years with a maximum estimated value of $175,000.00. If mutually agreeable between the Consultant and DCC, the SOA may be extended for up to one (1) additional year period and increased in the order of $175,000.00 for each additional period. The maximum value of a call-up under the SOA is $40,000.00. Questions regarding this solicitation are to be directed ONLY to the point of contact identified in this advertisement. Bidders who address their questions to anyone other than the point of contact during the solicitation period may, for that reason alone, be disqualified.
