Subject: CALL FOR TENDERS Lot: TP12 - Utility Hanger Systems and Conduits Project: Chaudière Crossing Southern Structures Renewal Pomerleau Inc., acting as the Construction Manager for the project cited in the title, for and on behalf of the Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), is pleased to invite you to bid on the work for the aforementioned Tender Package. Bidders interested in participating in this call for tenders shall be required to obtain all plans and tender documents from the Building Connected platform, subject to the applicable conditions of the site. Bids shall be accompanied by a bid security, the designated beneficiary of which will be Pomerleau Inc., or a certified cheque for 10% of the bid amount, payable to Pomerleau Inc. For any bid-related questions, please submit your requests to Érika Boulay, by email to erika.boulay@pomerleau.ca. Please send your questions no later than five (5) days before the tendering deadline. An optional site visit will take place on Thursday, August 6th, 2026 at 10:00 EST. The meeting point is 161 Middle St., Ottawa ON K1R 6K8 The bidder assumes all responsibility for obtaining sufficient information and hereby certifies that he/she has visited the above site and is fully content and satisfied that he/she has obtained full knowledge of all matters affecting the proper execution and completion of the work described in the specifications and/or drawings relating to the tender.
