Dillon Consulting Limited is Tendering on behalf of Weenusk First Nation. Project Location and Access The project is located in Weenusk First Nation, in Peawanuck in northern Ontario. This community is accessible year-round by air, and via winter road in the months of February, March, and April, dependent on the year. Scope of Work The work to be carried out under this Contract shall include the furnishing of all labour, supervision, and materials necessary to carry out the following: Provide and commission of all building material and equipment for the construction of the new Firehall. Provide all required site electrical, including connecting to the existing services on the electrical poles for all locations. Provide all electrical and instrumentation conduits, and wires. Complete all required excavations, rock blasting/removal as required. Complete all site civil works including all new grading, regrading, and swales. Provide all required aggregates and gravel for roads. Provide geomembrane textiles, and HDPE liners including welding new boots of pipe penetrations as required and shown on the Contract Drawings. Complete all removals and removals offsite as required. Provide all required storage for all equipment from all weather conditions as directed by the suppliers and the Contract Administrator. Arrange and pay for all required travel and accommodation expenses for the full-time inspections teams, and any additional inspections by the specialized Engineers that are above and beyond standard inspections for startup and commissioning. All miscellaneous works not listed but required to complete construction. All works as shown on the Contract Drawings, Performance Specifications, and described hereinafter or as may otherwise be directed by the Engineer. The above description is general only and must not be considered as limiting the scope of work. Tender Submission Details Tenders shall be on the Form of Tender provided. Submissions are ELECTRONIC BID SUBMISSIONS ONLY and must be received by the Bidding System, MERX. Tender Submissions shall be received no later than 2:00 PM (Local Time) on Friday, September 4th, 2026. All tenderers shall have a Bidding System Vendor account and be registered as a Plan Taker for this Bid opportunity.
